In this letter the House of Justice announces that, "It gives us great joy to announce that on 8 April 2005, having finalized a purchase
agreement, the National Spiritual Assembly of Chile took possession of the site on which will be built the last of the continental Mashriqu'l-Adhkárs of the Bahá’í world."
