 We are pleased to announce that friends can now PLEDGE ONLINE to the Chilean Temple!
The Universal House of Justice announced in April 2005 that the "way is now open for realizing the intention expressed by Shoghi Effendi that the first House of Worship in South America be erected in Chile". Our National Spiritual Assembly has launched a special Initiative in support of this building project with the aim of raising the lion's share of the estimated $27 million needed by April 2008. To date, $9.5 million has been received in contributions and pledges to the Chilean Temple. The National Assembly invites you, your Local Spiritual Assembly, and the friends in your community to make a pledge to Build the Temple of Light: A Privilege So Priceless.
