"O people of the world! Build ye houses of worship throughout the lands in the name of Him Who is the Lord of all religions. Make them as perfect as is possible in the world of being…"

Chilean Temple Architect Presents in Wilmette
"Falling backward" into progress -- that is how lead architect Siamak Hariri sums up the process experienced over the past four years by the team designing the Baha'i House of Worship to be built in Santiago, Chile.
"We were traversing uncharted waters. We sometimes did not know how problems would be solved, but we are just so confident that they will be," he said on June 16 at a fundraising event for the Temple in Chile at the Baha'i House of Worship in Wilmette.
The
architect of the new Bahá’í Temple to be built in Chile, Siamak Hariri,
shown here with a model of the temple, sat down recently for a wide ranging interview about everything from
the creative process to details of the design.
